Color Trend: Pastels

Nothing shouts SPRING like beautiful shades of pastels, such as: soft mints, pinks, and lilacs!  Pastel colors are typically a big trend around Easter or spring time in general!  At Flourish, we have a lot of options to choose from when it comes to pastels, whether you're looking for: tops, skirts, shorts, or jewelry!  I know when you're in search of a new outfit, it's not easy if you're on a tight budget! Well, you don't have to worry, because at Flourish we have the affordable prices that you're looking for and that includes items in beautiful hues of spring pastels! You might already plan to wear these colors for Easter {which is perfect!} However, don't forget pastels are a nice go to color for any occasion! It's nice to have that pop of pretty color in your wardrobe this time of year!  I personally love wearing pastel colors to; special events, shopping, and girls' nights out!  And, let's face it, it's nice to have a change in your wardrobe {since we all tend to stick to classic black and neutrals}!

Looking for a simple outfit for spring break or spring in general?!  I love how girly and chic this bralet is! This feminine lacy bralet is perfect for wearing on it's own or as a nice layering piece!  It will be perfect to wear under dresses, or wear as a crop top on it's own with a high waisted skirt! This is an easy go to outfit for a sunny day!  Accessorize this with a mint necklace and some wedges! The stripes and crochet on this skirt add some pretty detail and are so stylish!  This striped skirt paired with this beautiful mint top is a perfect match! Isn't this outfit just adorable?! I can't get over how simple and chic it is!

One thing that I get really excited about when it gets warmer is; trench coats! (How can you not?!) There's nothing better than to break away from your heavy winter coat and into a lighter spring jacket! This classic dusty rose trench coat is perfect to wear on a cool spring day! I don't know about you... but I can't get over how chic and girly this trench coat is!!!  Tie the belt in a bow for a flattering and fitted look! You NEED this in your wardrobe!  Look how cute blogger, Emily, from Bows and Depos looks in our, In The Trenches Jacket in Dusty Rose! I love how she paired it with white jeans for a classy look! This is the perfect transitional piece to take from winter into spring!

Some of the hottest colors for spring are mint and pink, and paired together they're all the more perfect! Look no further that this outfit, because you'll look so sweet in this sweater!  This long sleeved crop sweater is cute paired with shorts, high waisted jeans, or skirts!  We think it looks best when worn with a cute bralet underneath too, as shown here! To get this look: layer the sweater with our,  Layered Opportunities Bralet in white, which gives it an extra sassy look!  Whether you are wearing this casual or you want to dress it up, it will work to accessorize this ensemble with wedges and a long necklace!

People tend to go for mints and pinks for Easter,  but lilac is another trending color for spring and Easter! Look how dainty and girly this light purple lace dress is! Can you say GORGEOUS?! You will get so many compliments when you wear this feminine lilac dress! The ruffle accents and crochet detailing give this piece a romantic and girly vibe. This would be perfect for date night or a special occasion this year! Considering this dress has a beautiful crochet detail on the neckline, dangling earrings would be best with this dress! Don't forget to pair your favorite wedges!

If you live in Indiana like we do, it is still chilly! The nice thing about jeans is you can wear them any season! You can't go wrong with pink jeans for spring! This soft blush color is just what you need to add some color to your spring wardrobe! Pair these skinnies with this seamless long sleeve top and a floral infinity scarf for a fun and casual look! These Valentino inspired pastel heels are also a perfect addition for your spring wardrobe! Don't miss out on these!

(As we only have one size left in these... here are the same style in a different color!)
