Copy Her Look: The Bachelorette Edition

A few of us ladies at Flourish are big fans of the ABC shows, The Bachelor & The Bachelorette, and when we found out that Desiree Hartsock would be this summer's bachelorette, we were uber thrilled! It's easy to love her. Her story is about as close as you can get to Cinderella's, and you can't help but cheer her on to find love.

One of my favorite parts of the show is seeing all of the different outfit selections. Between the multiple dates and rose ceremonies, the number of new clothes featured is vast-- because we all know that you'd never see the same outfit twice. Des is only into her third episode, but we've capture some of her looks thus far, but trust me, there are plenty more outfits to be seen!

A few things we've learned about Des' style: she is a bit of a tomboy, she likes the color red, she likes her dresses short, and she likes sparkles. Regardless, she always looks beautiful and classy with whatever she's doing and she definitely has a good sense of fashion. She even designs her own dresses from time to time. Here are a few outfits to help you copy her look!

This photo was the first time America was introduced to Des, and it sums her up pretty well: simple and classy. This also shows her love for bold colors, which works well with her dark features.

Although this outfit was worn during a scene where they were shooting a music video, she still looked adorable. Denim is coming back into style, and she wore the denim vest and cut off shorts very well. This is a very cute look, especially if you're heading to a country music concert!

Torn Between Two Lovers Shorts by KUT: $72.00

Des wore this outfit to an interview on Extra TV and we were so thrilled to see her strutting this skirt! With her athletic build, Des has great legs and loves to show them off with skirts and short dresses. But we probably would too if our legs looked like hers. She also appears to be a big fan of tribal styles, as we've seen her in a few other outfits with a similar look.

Again, she loves red and short dresses. So naturally, the first outfit she wore on the season premiere was this little red number. When you live in California, it is more conducive to dress wearing year round. However, the ruffled tunic featured below can be worn with or without leggings.
