Spring Favorites

Even though right now it may seem like winter may never end, fear not! Spring is right around the corner! March is the official beginning of spring and all the greatness that it brings. It's just about time to watch the flowers start to bloom, feel the weather start to warm up, and inevitably see the fashion trends start to peak! Winter wardrobes can be fun, but spring brings a whole new opportunity to show off some new styles, new shoes, and new accessories. Here are just a few reasons why dressing up this spring will be the best:

1) Chevron Print; a Closet's Favorite

While it is definitely possible to wear chevron print everything all year round, something about the combination of green grass, blue skies, and sunshine really bring the pattern to its full potential. I love wearing dresses in the spring time, especially ones with unique patterns! This tribal print dress pops with hints of turquoise, purple, pink, and cream. 3) Accessorizing is Made Easier

The most essential piece to any closet is a dress you can accessorize in more ways than one. Especially in the spring time, it's fun to bring out all the cute accessories that have been hiding under jackets all winter long. This cream-colored dress with bell sleeves is a great way to show off a necklace, a scarf, a belt, or just about any other accessory you can think of! In just two ways, I dressed this down for the day with a light blue chevron scarf, and then up for dinner with a pearl and gold necklace and a belt! Get creative!

4) Popping Pastels

The outfit is comfortable, fun, and can be worn just about anywhere! The pale color combination is easy to match with many different accessories, but necklaces are my favorite.
